Water Rate Calculator 

The fixed residential monthly service charge is $40.00, This monthly charge for current active  water accounts. Portions of the base rate (Monthly Service Charge) is transfered into separate funding accounts, which help our system pay for system maintenance but also future repairs and upgrades.

Juniper Riviera CWD charges by units of water consumed, which is a measure of the amount of water you use. This system ensures that you are billed accurately for your water usage.  

1 Unit = 100 Cubic Feet = 748 Gallons of water | 1 Cubic Foot = 7.48 Gallons of Water

Example: A water invoice shows 8 units of water charged.  

8 units = 800 Cubic Feet = 5,984 Gallons of water
